Adult Still's disease

Adult Still's disease the adult-onset form of Still's disease. It is a rare type of inflammatory arthritis that features high fevers, salomo-pink rash and joint pain. Symptoms may also have enlarged liver, enlarged spleen, swollen lymph nodes, and increased white blood cell count. Treatment include anti-inflammatory drugs such as prednisone, hydroxychloroquine, penicillamine, azathioprine, methotrexate, etanercept, anakinra, cyclophosphamide, adalimumab, rituximab, and infliximab. Interleukins may also be helpful.
