Alzheimer's disease

Alzheimer's disease is a disease of brain function declining caused by nerve cell degradation. Patient's memory, comprehension, language, learning, computing and judgment are affected. Some patients also have emotional, behavioral and sensory changes. Continuous degradation of the brain makes the condition worse. The cognitive and memory function continue to deteriorate so that the patients cannot handle the basic daily life, and have a variety of neuropsychiatric symptoms and behavioral disorders. Alzheimer's disease is an incurable degenerative disease. Patients finally will rely on others to provide help and care.
