For some newborns, only a few days after they are bone, many small pimples appear on the face like teenagers, it is known as baby acne. Baby acne usually appears only on the face. If your infant has facial acne, do not scrub it using breast milk, nor squeeze it or use cortisone ointment. Mild cases do not need any treatment. It will disappear within a few weeks by itself without scar. More severe cases need antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment.
