Bladder stones

Bladder stones occur in men, especially boys under 10 years old. Symptoms of bladder stones include frequent urination, urgent urination, and painful urination. Urinary flow may stop suddenly along with severe pain. If you change the body position, urination can resume. Stones may damage the bladder mucosa and cause urine blood. If there is infection, pus can exist in urine. There are also a small number of cases who have big bladder stones but have no symptoms. Small stones can be expelled along with urine. Large stones cannot be expelled along with urine. They can be broken into small pieces by bladder lithotripsy and then expelled. If there is no lithotripsy instrument, bladder can be cut open to take out the large stones. If there is also bladder infection, the inflammation should be actively treated.
