Cervical cancer

Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor of uterus cervix. During the early stage, cervical cancer may have no symptoms. As cancer develops, possible symptoms include vaginal bleeding, contact bleeding or even cervical mass. Symptoms at the late stage depend on cancer invasion and spread. With the launching of cervical cancer screening, the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in developed countries has declined markedly. Treatment of cervical cancer depends on the stage, which includes conservative treatment, hysterectomy, hysterectomy with lymph node dissection, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. The prognosis depends on the clinical stage, histological type, lymph node metastasis and treatment methods.
