Chilblains

Chilblains are skin damage caused by cold environment. Chilblains cause itchy skin, red patches, swelling, severe visible blisters and ulcers. If often affects finger, toe, heel, thigh, nose and ear. Although chilblains usually do not cause permanent damage, it can cause infection or other serious injuries if left untreated.
