Concussion is a traumatic brain injury. It is a transient brain disorder when the head is hit by external blow or the upper body rattles heavily. You will have short-term memory loss, headache, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, but no physical nervous system damage. Most concussion is minor and you can fully recover. Headache and insomnia can be treated by analgesics and sleeping pills. If you vomit after injury and cannot eat well, liquid should be supplemented intravenously.
