Dust mite allergy

Dust mite is a very tiny spider-like animal, almost invisible by naked eyes. Its feet have suction cups so it can easily attach to cotton and wool, clothes, quilts and carpets. Their excreta is very small, only 1 micrometer in diameter. Because it is light, it is easy to fly in the air and inhaled by people, causing allergic reactions. In addition to excreta, the dander and dead bodies of dust mites can also cause allergies. Mild symptoms include nasal congestion and sneezing. Severe cases will have wheezing (asthma) and eczema. Reducing the number of dust mites in the bedroom can often control dust mite allergy. If it is a serious allergy, desensitization therapy is good too.
