Eosinophilic folliculitis

Eosinophilic is a subtype of folliculitis mainly affecting people with HIV/AIDS. Signs and symptoms include intense itching patches of bumps and pimples that form near hair follicles of the face and upper body. The conditon can be recurring. Once healed, the affected skin may be darker than it was before (hyperpigmented).
