Gilbert's syndrome, also known as liver dysfunctional jaundice, is a relatively common hereditary hyperbilirubinemia. Usually patients have no obvious symptoms. Moderate yellowish discoloration of skin and eyes is the only sign. This disease is usually harmless and requires no treatment.
