Granuloma annulare

Granuloma annulare is a chronic skin disease, usually occurring in hands, feet, elbows and knees. Granuloma annulare first appears as brightly colored red or reddish-brown lumps. These lumps gradually grow together to form ring-shape plaques. Granuloma annulare might be a cosmetic concern, but it has no long-term effects on your health. It usually disappears on its own. Corticosteroids can be used to improve the appearance of the lesions.
