Hydrocele is characterized by too much fluid accumulates around a testicle. It is often seen in newborns. It may also occur in older boys and adult men. You will see swelling of scrotum. It is usually not painful and harmless so may not require any treatment. However, if patient has scrotal swelling, you should see a doctor to rule out other causes.
