Wisdom teeth, also known as the third molars, are the last permanent teeth to grow. They are located at the innermost of upper and lower alveolar bone. Impacted wisdom tooth means part or all of wisdom tooth cannot grow out. It can cause pain or other dental complications. If symptoms are serious, it has to be extracted.
