Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder of gastrointestinal tract. Intestine gets irritated (spasm) easily. Symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, flatulence, farting, diarrhea and constipation. Despite these discomforts, it usually does not cause permanent damage. It often affects people of 20-40 years old and females. Relaxing yourself and adjusting diet can decrease the occurrence.
