Lichen nitidus is a rare skin disease. You will see small shiny papules aggregating on skin surface. Diameter of lesion is 1-2mm. It slightly rises above skin surface, with circular or polygonal shape. It has skin color, pink color, or brown color. The size never changes. There is no inflammation nearby. Sometimes thin tiny scale can be seen. It is more common among children and young people. The prognosis is good.
