Paget's disease of the breast is a rare form of breast cancer, also known as eczema-like cancer on the breast. Women above 40 years old are at increased risk. It often occurs on nipples and surrounding skin. It also occurs in men. The symptom is infiltrative erythema with scale, crusting and oozing. Lesions develop slowly. One side mastectomy is recommended. Radiation is also effective. The prognosis is good if treated early.
