Continuous growth of tumor may press nerves of abdomen, causing upper abdominal pain and radiating pain on the back. Pancreatic cancer spread very fast and surgical removal is almost impossible. Even pancreatic cancer is found in early stage, patients still face a high relapse rate and mortality.
