Parkinson's disease

Parkinson's disease is a progressive nervous system disorder. Tremor may be the most important sign of the disease. Usually it also causes slow or stiff movement. The face may have lose expression because of muscle stiffness. The arms do not swing normally when you walk. The condition will gradually worsen over time. The exact cause of Parkinson's disease is unclear. Symptoms are caused by lack of dopamine in brain. There is no cure for Parkinson's disease yet. Levodopa or dopamine agonists can increase the level of dopamine in brain and control symptoms.
