Pemphigus foliaceus

Pemphigus foliaceus is an autoimmune disease. Unlike other types of pemphigus which affect both skin and mucous membranes, pemphigus foliaceus usually does not affect mucous membranes. The blisters often starts on your face and scalp and later erupt on your chest and back. The blisters are usually painless, but crusty and itchy.
