Periodontitis

Periodontitis is a set of serious inflammatory diseases affecting the tissues surronding the teeth. Periodontitis involves progressively loss of the bones supporting teech. If left untreated, the tooth may get loose and you may loose the tooth. Symptoms include gum redness or bleeding, gum swelling, bad breath or persistent metallic taste in mouth, gum recession and deep pockets between the teeth and gum. In the later stages, the teeth get loose.
