Pleurisy

Pleura are the membrane covering the inner wall of chest cavity and your lungs. Pleurisy is the inflammation of pleura. Sharp chest pain when breathing is the typical symptom of pleurisy. Pain aggravates when you cough, sneeze, exercises, or take a deep breath. Sometimes chest pain may radiate to shoulders. Pleurisy is often a complication of other diseases. Treating the root diseases and taking painkillers are the major treatment method.
