Retrograde ejaculation

Retrograde ejaculation occurs when sperm flows into bladder instead of out of penis during ejaculation. Patient still have pleasure of orgasm during ejaculation, but little or no semen goes out of body. Sperm may go out of body later along with urine. Retrograde ejaculation is not harmful, but it can lead to male infertility. Surgery is the first choice of treatment, but it has some risks. However, if you want to have child, you should be more cautious. You can first use drugs or other treatments to control the condition, and collect sperm from urine after ejaculation to conduct in-vitro insemination. You can have surgery after you have a child.
