Sacroiliitis

Sacroiliitis is inflammation of one or two sacroiliac joints which connect lower spine and pelvis. Pain is the main symptom of the disease. Pain is also the main cause of dysfunction. As the disease progresses, your joints may develop abnormal curvature. When pain gets unstable, you may have pain even at rest. Pain increases when you bear weight. Osteoarthritis is physiological degradation of bone and joint. No drug can reverse or stop its progression. Painkillers such as indomethacin, aspirin and ibuprofen can be used to relieve pain.
