Sebaceous gland carcinoma

Sebaceous gland carcinoma is a cancer originating from skin oil glands. Most often it affects the eyelids. At the beginning it appears as a painless lump or skin thickening on the eyelid. It may bleed or ooze when the cancer grows bigger. Sebaceous gland carcinoma can be removed surgically. Radiation surgery can also be used alone or after surgery.
