Spermatocele

Spermatocele is a cyst of testicle or epididymis. The cyst fluid contains sperm. It often affects young adults. If the cyst is small, there is generally no symptom and you do not need treatment. If the cyst is large, you may have scrotum and testicle pain during intercourse. It can also cause testicle atrophy and infertility. If the size is so big that it causes discomfort, it should be resected surgically.
