Sudden cardiac arrest

Sudden cardiac arrest refers to a sudden loss of the heart function. It is caused by sudden electrical disturbance in the heart which makes the heart stop pumping blood to the body. When sudden cardiac arrests occurs, the patients collapse suddently, with no pulse or breathing. The patients also lose consciousness. When helping a people of sudden cardiac arrest, you should call emergency number immediately, and then administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
