Single small endometrial polyps often do not cause any symptom. Large polyps or polyps grow into cervix can have secondary infection or necrosis. It will cause irregular vaginal bleeding and foul-smelling bloody vaginal discharge. Large polyps with slim stem can be removed off after cervical dilatation.
