Uterine prolapse

Uterine prolapse is a condition that uterus drops into vagina or even out of vagina opening. Patients usually have back pain. If it is severe, it may drag on bladder and rectum. You may have frequent urination, feeling your urination is incomplete or discomfort with bowel movement. You have sense of dragging in lower abdomen, vagina, or vulva. It gets worse after physical activity. Patients should have treatment along with better nutrition and rest. A therapeutic instrument can be used to hold uterus. If you symptoms are severe and you no longer want to bear child, the whole uterus can be removed.
