Bladder Inflammation versus Nephritis

The urinary tract includes kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Acute urinary tract inflammation is often caused by bacteria infection. Symptoms of acute urinary tract inflammation include strong urge to urinate, a burning sensation when urinating, frequent urination, cloudy urine, blood in urine, strong-smelling urine, and pelvic pain.

Sometimes you know you have acute urinary tract inflammation, but do not know specifically in which part the acute inflammation is located. By answering the following questions, we can tell whether the inflammation is acute bladder infection or acute kidney infection.
